2021 Refund Information

Kesha’s Weird & Wonderful Rainbow Ride 2 will now sail April 1-5, 2022 from Miami to Great Stirrup Cay on Norwegian Pearl. Although we remain confident that we will have cruises back to sea in Fall 2021, we made the decision to move the Kesha Cruise just a few months forward. We cannot wait to bring our inclusive, loving community together in early 2022! 

As a thank you for sticking with us, everyone who transfers to our 2022 event will gain early access to our online merch pre-sale, have the chance to purchase an exclusive item only for transferred guests, PLUS get a free gift delivered on board! 

Currently booked guests received an email on Thursday, May 13 detailing how to proceed. Only the Lead Guest should make the selection and their email includes unique links for the cabin's specific reservation. 

Once receiving the email, the Lead Guest may choose how to proceed from the options below: 

  • Retain your same room for 2022
  • Receive a future cruise credit*, which can be used on a future Sixthman festival or non-charter Norwegian sailing through December 31st, 2024 
  • Submit a request for a full refund

*Any travel protection premiums purchased through Sixthman will be issued as a refund to your most recent credit card payment or via check. 

You will have until 11:59pm ET on May 27, 2021 to make your selection. After that date, your reservation will be automatically transferred to the 2022 Kesha Cruise as the default option. However, you still have until August 1, 2021 to change your mind and request a refund. 

Refund requests made by Thursday, May 27th will be processed within 30 days. Refund requests made after May 27th will be processed by August 31, 2021.

  • All guests will receive a full refund. Please log in to sixthman.net/account by 11:59pm ET on XX and provide the information for the credit card(s) on which you wish to receive your refund. Requests submitted by XX will be processed by XX.

    NOTE: As a security measure, each time a guest in your cabin enters or updates the credit card(s) to use for the refund, all cabinmates will be notified via email.

    If you do not provide credit card refund information by XX your refund will be via check. Note that credit card refunds will be processed by XX while check refunds may take 4-6 weeks. Check refunds will be mailed only to the Lead Guest's address on file for the total amount of all payments on the reservation.
